How Fleet Spark began

In 2009, our founder noticed something troubling in the renovation industry. Projects were becoming formulaic. Homeowners received the same cookie-cutter solutions regardless of their unique needs. Craftsmanship was being sacrificed for speed.

Fleet Spark started as a response to that trend. We believed homes deserved better—designs that reflected the people living in them, construction that stood the test of time, and a process that respected both budget and vision.

Today, we're a team of designers, carpenters, project managers, and craftspeople united by one principle: every home tells a story, and our job is to help that story unfold beautifully.
